Registering holds a place

When you register, we hold a place for your child in that class or camp. Places are limited, so once yours is held we stop offering it to anyone else.

That is why registering is a commitment rather than an enquiry, and it is why the payment terms below apply from the moment you sign up.

Payments are authorised by you

You enter your own card and you choose your classes. Nothing is charged that you did not sign up for, and there are no surprise charges. The only charges beyond what you selected at registration are the two fees described on this page, and each one is shown to you before it is charged.

Each confirmation email lists exactly what you registered for and what it costs, so you can check it at any time.

We do not give refunds

Registration fees and tuition are non-refundable.

For a monthly class or membership, the month you have paid for is yours to finish. How to stop the months after it is explained below.

For camps and events, if something changes and your child cannot attend, we will credit your payment toward another camp or event instead, so what you paid is not lost.

The only cancellation we make an exception for is a medical one, and it works the way a gym membership does. We need a written doctor's note, signed by your child's pediatrician, confirming they cannot take part. Email it to systemafloyd@gmail.com and we will take it from there.

Stopping a monthly class or membership

Starting November 1, 2026. Monthly classes and dojo memberships renew automatically and are charged on the 1st of each month.

To stop before a month is charged, cancel in your account by the 1st of the month before it. For example, cancel by December 1 and January is never charged.

If you cancel after the 1st, the month you have already paid for is yours to finish, and the next month is your notice month. You choose one of two:

Train through the notice month. It is charged on the 1st as usual, then the place ends. No fee.
Stop at the end of the current month and pay a $50 late withdrawal fee instead of the notice month's tuition. One fee covers your whole family for that month, however many children stop.

For example, you cancel on December 13. December was charged on December 1, so your child trains through December 31 either way. January is your notice month, so you choose:

Train through January. January's tuition is charged on January 1 as usual, and the place ends after January 31. No fee.
Stop after December 31 and pay the $50 late withdrawal fee instead of January's tuition. January is not charged. If two of your children stop that month, it is still one $50 fee.

Paying on time

Starting November 1, 2026. Monthly payments are due on the 1st. If yours does not go through, we email you a link to pay it with another card. You can also pay it any time in your account at systemafloyd.com/account.

A month still unpaid after the 5th carries a $20 late payment fee, added when it is paid. It is one fee per family per month, however many children it covers.
