When you register, we hold a place for your child in that class or camp. Places are limited, so once yours is held we stop offering it to anyone else.
That is why registering is a commitment rather than an enquiry, and it is why the payment terms below apply from the moment you sign up.
You enter your own card and you choose your classes. Nothing is charged that you did not sign up for, and there are no surprise charges outside what you selected at registration.
Each confirmation email lists exactly what you registered for and what it costs, so you can check it at any time.
Registration fees and tuition are non-refundable.
If something changes and your child cannot continue, we will credit you for another month instead, so what you paid is not lost. You can use that credit toward a future month of classes.
The only cancellation we make an exception for is a medical one, and it works the way a gym membership does. We need a written doctor's note, signed by your child's pediatrician, confirming they cannot take part. Email it to systemafloyd@gmail.com and we will take it from there.
