After School Systema
Martial arts right at your child's campus. Pickup, class, character work, no extra driving for you.
Systema is a martial art built to develop physical and mental skills to defend yourself and others. For ages 2.5 through adults.
Systema Floyd isn't about collecting trophies, it's about raising kids who stand taller, focus harder, and treat people with respect. Our programs weave real martial-arts fundamentals with the kind of character work you can't teach in a classroom.
Parents tell us they notice the change fast: better listening at home, sharper attention at school, and the quiet confidence that comes from knowing how to handle yourself. That's the Systema difference.
Every class supervised. No contact sparring. Drills built for kids ages 5 and up.
Authentic Systema principles adapted for kids, real skills, kid-safe delivery.
Clear milestones parents and kids can track. Every belt is earned, never given.
Three ways to build stronger kids, choose the one that fits your family.

My 6-year-old son has been taking Systema Floyd Martial Arts this year after school and has LOVED it! He looks forward to it every week & is eager to show me what he learned. He has been learning self-control, balance, & flexibility. The coach is great with the kids, patient, encouraging, & personable! Highly recommend!
A true gem. I've been coming here for four years now. I've had the good fortune of training at a number of Systema schools in the U.S. and Europe, including the Systema HQ in Toronto. Whenever I come home, I'm so happy to get to train with Tommy and Alex. The depth, skill, and care of the work here are second to none.
Fantastic place that teaches discipline and skills! Tom and Alex are extremely knowledgeable and take pride in seeing the kids succeed.

Nearly three decades later, his approach has gained national recognition. Instructors from around the world study Tom's model for teaching children in schools and camps.
