FAQ

Quick answers to the questions families ask most. Don't see yours? Give us a call.

How do I book a private lesson?

Once the booking form is live, you'll pick your state, your sensei, your discipline, your session length, and your time slot in one short flow. Until then, call (561) 785-8480 and we'll book your first session by phone.

Can I switch instructors mid-package?

Packages are tied to a single sensei so the training stays consistent. If you'd like to switch, reach out and we'll work out the best path for the remaining sessions on a case-by-case basis.

Are sessions refundable?

Refund and cancellation specifics depend on timing and circumstance. Contact us before your scheduled session and we'll do right by you.

What should my child wear?

Comfortable athletic clothing they can move in, plus a water bottle. If your child has a uniform from a Systema Floyd program, that works too. Your sensei will let you know if anything specific is needed for their discipline.

Can I sit in on a lesson?

Parents are welcome to watch. Most kids focus better when grown-ups are nearby but not engaged in the session, so we ask that observers stay quiet and let the sensei lead.

Do you offer trial sessions?

Reach out and we'll let you know what intro options are available right now for the sensei and discipline you're interested in.

What ages do you teach?

Ages 2.5 and up. For our youngest students (2.5 to 6), we recommend 30-minute sessions to match their attention span. Ages 7 and up can pick any length.
